WARRANTIES

General Warranty
Better-Than-Ever Tools warrants to the original consumer purchaser of Better-Than-Ever Tools products that such products will be free from defects in material or workmanship. Better-Than-Ever Tools obligation to repair or replace, at Better-Than-Ever Tools, shall be the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy under these warranties. Better-Than-Ever Tools shall not be liable for incidental consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with product use or performance. Said goods must be returned prepaid or with written approval collect to Better-Than-Ever Tools at 8106 Highland Place, Vernon, BC, V1B 3W6 for inspection.

Conditions of Sale

Damages and Shortages
All merchandise is packed carefully to avoid shortages or damage. Responsibility is assumed by the purchaser upon delivery by Better-Than-Ever Tools will be responsible for all freight claims on prepaid shipments. All damage and or loss on prepaid shipments must be reported within 72 hours after the shipment is delivered by carrier.

Returns
No merchandise may be returned without written authorization. Freight charges for all returns must be prepaid. Return of special or non-stock items cannot be authorized. All returns are subject 20% restocking charge.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices and specification without notice.

Taxes
All prices listed do not include Provincial, State or Federal taxes.

Freight Terms
F.O.B. our warehouse prepaid and charged back. (Prepaid freight terms available) Terms and Conditions 2% prompt pay discount for invoices paid within 15 days of invoice, net 30. Past due accounts subject to 1 ½% charge per month.
